Sorry, sometimes we need up to 24 hours to confirm your payments from our billing company, but usually it takes 2-3 hours.
What do I get when I order something from you?
You will receive download links for your software. You will also receive the activation key, serial number or cd key necessary to activate the software so it work. Note, that you will not be able to register the software with the manufacturer or official site, and get their support, but we will do our best to support you any way possible. However some updates will still be available from manufacturers, in fact most of them.
I've downloaded my order and have one rar (zip) file, what is this?
It is rar (zip) archive.
You need to extract files from it using WinRAR (for rar files) or any other archive utility (for zip files).
You will find step by step instructions about how to install and register your program in separate file which usually sent as attachmed file in the same e-mail.
I have downloaded a few files with names "filename.part1.rar", "filename.part2.rar", "filename.part*.rar" - what I need to do with these files?
RAR files can be parts of multi-volume sequences. In WinRAR you can split a huge archive to a few smaller files, which are called volumes. They may have extensions .rar (the first volume), .r00, .r01, ..., or .part1.rar (the first volume), .part2.rar, ..., etc. If you need to unpack volumes, place all them to the same folder and start extraction from the first volume.
Where is the serial number?
Read "readme.txt" or "how_to_install.txt" or "install.txt" or "serial.txt" in "secured" file.
I'm not able to extract files from downloaded archive, I see CRC errors.
You have downloaded your package with errors. Please, download again and use "Free Download Manager" for download programs - it is free. Or use "Internet Download Manager" - it is faster (sometimes) and has trial period.
